Model Mayhem

We have been irrationally and maybe borderline psychotically anticipating the results of last week's shoot.  We teamed up for another fashion photoshoot with our now seemingly fashion familia - make up artist Julie Lam, hair stylist Emmy Ngo, and photographer Mark Meyer (whom are all, by the way, AMAZING at what they do!).  We also worked with the beautiful model Alex Brouhard, who at such a young age seems to be a veteran in the game!  We are continuously grateful and astounded by the wondrous opportunities and networking contingencies that have come across our paths.  We want to give EVERYONE who supports us a very very VERY special thank you.

Tattered Tuesday

The ladies of the Tattertales are hard at work prepping for a photoshoot tomorrow in the Amazon jungle aka normal Minnesota weather so in the mean time I (Amy) gave myself a therapeutic break to calm my anxiety that sparked from the thought of the mild heat strokes that will occur tomorrow and visited the mall to partake in some shopper savings.  Here's what I found (taken via my fancy 8.0 megapixel Samsung phone):

Tattered Shoot

As promised, we have the photos from last week's photo shoot!  We want to give a HUGE shout out to our friend Julie Lam for recommending us for this shoot.  When we started this blog, we had no idea the opportunities it would bring.  Working with amazing models, photographers, and makeup/hair stylists the past couple weeks has been an amazing experience.  We are humbled by the recognition we've been given and want to reciprocate it to all our talented friends who worked on this shoot with us.  Everyone, support your locals!

Summer Love

Today's post went a little something like this: 30 minutes of prepping, 30 minutes of shooting, and then 3 hours of trying to figure out a post name. We ended up going with the best Justin Timberlake song we could think of because 1) It’s a great song. 2) It ties into our theme of Summer 3) We think Justin Timberlake is really hot – wait, what? Sorry, sometimes we come up with very weak justifications for our blog titles. Anyhow, we’re getting pretty fast at this whole ‘posting’ thing. We’ve officially stepped our newbie status of viral blogging to an intermediate level. Okay, not really.

Anyway – today’s post is all about summer attire! With the heat wave that just surged through out Minnesota this past week, we were inspired to showcase our humid formidable attire. This summer is all about bright colors, prints, and stepping up your feminine notch. The pictures speak for themselves. Spot the good deals as well!
